We hereby declare:

1. We will never authorize any third-party companies or individuals to use customer data for sales purposes in their personal capacity.

2. We have never authorized any so-called partner companies, including trust companies, accounting firms, collection agencies, real estate agents, or valuation companies, to represent us in any loan or collection business.

3. Please do not trust any letters, phone calls, text messages, links, or QR codes from unknown sources. For any suspicious letters or information, we urge you to contact our dedicated staff or customer service representatives for verification.

4. We kindly remind you to remain vigilant and protect your personal information and property. If you encounter or discover any suspicious situations, letters, or phone calls, please contact us immediately using the information below for verification, or report directly to the police.

Sunday Pawn Service Arrangements

In order to provide clients with convenient and fast comprehensive services, the service arrangements for pawn, renewal and redemption procedures are as follows:

TAK WAH PAWNSHOP (No. 23 Connaught Road Central, Central): This shop mainly provides pawn and redemption services for clients.

TAK WAH PAWNSHOP Customer Service Center (located on the second floor of Heung Lam Building near Tak Wah Pawnshop): This service center provides clients with renewal services.

Sunday Promotion

If a client visits TAK WAH PAWNSHOP on a Sunday or public holiday, he/she will receive a gift, such as: soda, snack, or Sun Newspaper; first come first served.
At the same time, the TAK WAH PAWNSHOP Customer Service Center will also be open to clients on Sundays, allowing clients to gather together and let them enjoy our considerate customer services, so that they can easily spend their happy days on Sunday.
