"Refinance" means that the property itself has been mortgaged at a bank or a lending institution, but the owner transfers the mortgage of the property to another bank or lending institution, mainly because the interest is relatively low.
You only need to provide the loan contract of the original mortgage institution to apply for the property refinance plan provided by OI WAH, which has very low interest rate.
The Property Refinance Plan of OI WAH is not limited to the type of property and the age of the building. There is no need of proof of income. Self-employed, retirees or people without proof of income are welcome to apply.
