"Synchronized second mortgage" means that the property itself has been mortgaged at a bank or a lending institution, but because the bank or lending institution underestimates the property, the owner makes a loan through another bank or lending institution to make up for the difference in the valuation. The second mortgage will be synchronized with the first mortgage.
