F&Q

  • What are the definitions of first mortgage and second mortgage?
"First mortgage" refers to a new mortgage for the property, which requires the deed of property to be used as collateral for banks or lending institutions. "Second mortgage" means that the property itself has been mortgaged at a bank or a lending institution, but when the owner applies again for a loan through such property, there is no need to pledge the deed of property.
  • What kind of property can I use to apply for a loan?s
The property includes private buildings, tenement houses, small houses, village houses, shops, factories, office buildings and parking spaces, etc., and there is no limit to the age of the building.
  • Can a person who is self-employed or has no proof of income apply for a loan?
Yes. The lending services provided by our Company do not require proof of income and financial statements, so they are more suitable for the funds turnover needs of those who do not have proof of income.
  • If the property is jointly owned, do you need all the owners to agree to apply for a loan?
Yes. If the property is jointly owned by two or more owners, all owners must sign and agree to apply for a loan.
  • If the property is owned by a company, can I apply for a loan?
Yes, as long as the company's shareholders agree to be guarantors.
  • Can an old or retired person apply for a loan?
Yes. The Company's mortgage/loan services are not limited in age.
  • What documents should the borrowers bring to get a loan?
