Recently, Oi Wah Property Credit Limited and Oi Wah Credit Limited have discovered numerous fraudulent letters, often referred to as "phishing letters," being issued in our name for unethical sales purposes. We are deeply concerned about these actions, as such behaviors not only harm our reputation and image but also create disturbances for our customers.

We hereby declare:

1. We will never authorize any third-party companies or individuals to use customer data for sales purposes in their personal capacity.

2. We have never authorized any so-called partner companies, including trust companies, accounting firms, collection agencies, real estate agents, or valuation companies, to represent us in any loan or collection business.

3. Please do not trust any letters, phone calls, text messages, links, or QR codes from unknown sources. For any suspicious letters or information, we urge you to contact our dedicated staff or customer service representatives for verification.

4. We kindly remind you to remain vigilant and protect your personal information and property. If you encounter or discover any suspicious situations, letters, or phone calls, please contact us immediately using the information below for verification, or report directly to the police.

The expiry date will be the end of the fourth month from the date of the pawn transaction, by reference to the Chinese Lunar calendar. The client may redeem his/her pawned object at any time before the expiry date by settling the principal and interest of the pawn transaction at the relevant pawnshop.
Alternatively, the client may clear the interest first prior to/on the expiry date, and then renew the pawn contract for another four months, so on and so forth.
